The Route

Overview

The 4 day 1000 mile rally kicks off in High Wycombe Buckinghamshire, on Thursday the 10th of June.

We will be taking the Ferry from Dover and over the 4 days will travel down the beautiful west coast of France.

Thundering south the rally will twist and turn its way over the scenic Pyrenees mountains and down into into Northern Spain to end up at our final destination Barcelona on Sunday 13th June. 

 

 

 

Day 1 High Wycombe - Paris
(329 miles)

Leaving early from High Wycombe we will travel down to Dover to get the ferry. Then head directly onto Paris where we will rest up for the night before heading into Paris's centre the next day.

Day 2 Paris - La Rochelle
(293 miles)

Departing from the edge of Paris and driving straight though the middle of it. For those brave enough you will get the opportunity to go round the famous arc de triumpth, if you don’t fancy it you can wimp out and go around the edge of Paris although it is a little further! Our destination for the day will be La Rochelle; La Rochelle is the “capital” city of the Vendee region, famous for its harbour and delightful old town. Boosting many attractions and some lively harbour side bars.

Day 3 La Rochelle - Andorra
(374 miles)

Probably the day with the most driving we will be leaving the coast for a while and heading south toward the spectacular Pyrenees Mountains where they annually hold the Tour de France. There are many amazing tight windy roads here that will excite most drivers. If you step of the beaten track here the roads only get more interesting. Our destination for the day is a small country called Andorra bordered by Spain and France up in the mountains.

Day 4 Andorra - Barcelona
(135 miles)

The final leg of our journey is a short one and therefore we will take our time taking in the sites, we will work our way out of the Pyrenees mountains and down into Barcelona for our final get together.
